Playstation network has all the features that the Xbox live service has. You can play online with friends, as well as chat and IM, Download Demos and games on demand and movies and music. It also has the addition of being able to access the World Wide Web, accessing any website on your TV.
Are the features as good?
The features such as being able to message friends, talk to them, download demos movies and songs, all seems to be on the same level as that on the Xbox, however it appears the online gameplay experiences more difficulties occasionally crashing and requiring long updates.
